Today I got to revisit an old work I did during my first year at the Art Academy. Marta Gil, student at the Critical and pedagogical studies master at the Malmö Art Academy, made an interview with me about the work “Basketball” for the research she has been making as the school is moving locations this summer. She is investigating “critical stories”, interacting and reacting to the institution and the building of the Malmö Art Academy. Today she invited me to come and take part in a collaborative chalk painting, commemorating and discussing the work and its implications.
